Whipped sweet coffee served on top of hot or ice cold milk. I’m more of a tea drinker…..but this coffee is AMAZING
- 2 tbsp Coffee
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Boiling hot water
- 180 ml Hot or ice cold milk
- Measure out milk and heat in a saucepan or pour it straight from the fridge if having it cold.
- Into a bowl put the coffee, sugar and hot water. Using a stand mixer or electric whisk, whip up the coffee mix until it is a really light golden colour. This takes 5 minutes using a stand mixer at full speed, and a little longer when using an electric whisk at highest speed. You CAN use a normal whisk but your arm WILL fall off 🤣
- Use a teaspoon to scoop the whipped coffee on top of the milk. Stir very well. Enjoy!
